Our caring providers will initially visit your home to assess your loved one’s situation. After that, our experienced experts will collaborate with you to create a personalized home care plan.
One of our Staffing Coordinators will call the client/family to introduce themselves. This conversation will be the first point of connection to our A-Team and allow the client to get to know them on a personal level.
The Staffing Coordinator then works to match a Care Provider to the client. This process involves assessing the Care Provider’s skills and availability to ensure an optimal client-caregiver match.
The Care Provider will learn the details of the Care Plan to be aware of before their first visit to the client’s home.
Within 2-4 days after the first visit, Client Satisfaction will contact the client/family to check in and ensure everything is in order. They will continue to touch base with the client/family on an ongoing basis as well.
Ongoing Wellbeing Support
The Staffing Coordinator also continuously works with the client/family as their needs change to ensure the highest quality of care. This collaborative approach ensures that care remains tailored and effective over time.
