When is National Nurses’ Week 2022?
This year, the week-long celebration begins on Friday, May 6, through the following Thursday, May 12. The dates always correspond with the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing. National Nurses’ Week 2022 marks the 29th year of celebration.
What is the Theme for National Nurses’ Week 2022?
The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) has dubbed the theme of this year’s festivities to be “Rooted in Strength.” This theme was chosen as an acknowledgment of the challenges nurses face every day — pre-and-post pandemic.
