Job description
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aides to join our team. As a D.C. HHA, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care and support to individuals in a home care setting.

Qualifications:
- Certified Home Health Aide
- CPR and First Aid Certification with a verified hands-on component
- Documentation of a Negative PPD/Chest X-ray and Physical exam
- COVID Vaccinated
- State ID or Driver’s License
- Social Security card and Work Authorization (If needed)
- Previous experience in a home care setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, and range of motion exercises.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration according to individual dietary needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Pet Care
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
