We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dedicated team in Montgomery Village, Maryland. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a skilled environment, providing exceptional care to patients in a home healthcare setting.

Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Maryland
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or CPR certification
- Documentation of a Negative PPD/Chest X-ray and Physical exam
- COVID Vaccinated
- State ID or Driver’s License
- Social Security card and Work Authorization (If needed)
- Tracheostomy experience
- Comfortable working with Dogs
- Minimum of one year of LPN experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and in accordance with the patient’s plan of care
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Good time management and organization for optimal patient care delivery
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address patient needs and challenges
- Administer medications
- Perform tracheostomy care (Training provided, must have prior trach experience)
- Workday and night shifts as needed
- PRN availability required
Work Schedule:
- PRN positions available
- Flexible scheduling with the opportunity to choose your hours
- Ideal candidates will reside in Montgomery County, Maryland
