Dalton has been a member of the “A” Team since June 2021, and as HR Manager, he is often one of the first people our care providers meet when joining our team. A highly skilled professional in organization and time management, Dalton oversees applicant flow processes, manages new hire documents and certifications, and analyzes HR data to ensure smooth operations. He also handles caregiver payroll inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Dalton earned his bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources in 2024, further strengthening his dedication to human resources and professional growth. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new hobbies, including writing, which allows him to unwind and express his creativity. Dalton is excited to continue working with the “A” Team as we grow and expand. He strives to make every day great and looks forward to what the future holds.
