Licensed Practical Nurse

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care and support to individuals in a home care setting.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Maryland
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or CPR certification
• Documentation of a Negative PPD/Chest X-ray and Physical exam
• COVID Vaccinated
• State ID or Driver’s License
• Social Security card and Work Authorization (If needed)
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and efficient patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and in accordance with the patient’s plan of care
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Good time management and organization for optimal patient care delivery
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address patient needs and challenges
• Medication monitoring and setup
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic healthcare procedures, infection control, hospice, and trach care
