Message Types

We send SMS messages in response to inquiries submitted through our website contact form. Messages may include follow-up questions, scheduling coordination, and updates related to your specific request.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the nature of your inquiry and the level of follow-up required. 2–5 messages per customer.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider. Advanced Nursing & Home Care is not responsible for any fees incurred from sending or receiving SMS messages.

How to Opt In

By submitting your phone number through our website contact form and indicating your consent to receive text messages, you are opting in to SMS communications from Advanced Nursing & Home Care. Consent to receive text messages is not required to receive any services.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, simply resubmit our contact form with your phone number and consent.
