Dave Sanders
Chief Operating Officer
Dave Sanders oversees the day-to-day operations behind Advanced Nursing & Home Care, including client staffing and issues that can affect care and satisfaction. As Chief Operating Officer, he helps make sure concerns that need attention are identified and addressed.
Dave brings more than 30 years of experience in operations, finance, systems, and process improvement, including executive leadership in healthcare technology. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
Healthcare has also been a constant in Dave’s life. His father led a respiratory therapy department, his mother was an OB/GYN nurse, and his sister was an ICU nurse. Later, his wife spent nearly four years providing in-home care for a woman with Parkinson’s, giving Dave a personal understanding of the responsibility involved in caring for someone at home.
