Linda Lennon, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing
As Director of Nursing, Linda Lennon helps ensure each client’s care remains responsive as needs change. She monitors changes in condition, medication regimens, and provider recommendations so she can address changes and keep each client’s care closely monitored.
Linda brings more than 16 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, along with more than 13 years in healthcare management and operations. She later became a Registered Nurse and holds degrees in Healthcare Administration and Respiratory Therapy from Columbia Union College.
Her perspective is also deeply personal. When Linda’s daughter was born 15 weeks premature, she experienced firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to place someone you love in the care of others. That experience still informs how she works with families today—with patience, empathy, and a willingness to listen.
