Neil Pain
President / Chief Financial Officer
Neil Pain has helped guide Advanced Nursing & Home Care for more than 30 years, first as its accountant and advisor and today as President and CFO. In his current role, he provides financial and organizational leadership that supports the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term direction.
Neil began working with Advanced Nursing in 1995 and remained a key advisor and consultant through 2017. He then joined the organization as CFO, helping support its development and growth, and became President in 2023.
That long history gives Neil a deep understanding of how Advanced Nursing has evolved over time and the values that have shaped the organization. Today, that long history informs his leadership as the company continues to serve clients and families.
