Daniel Kaisamba
CNA Field Supervisor
Daniel Kaisamba helps make sure the care planned for a client is the care they are actually experiencing at home. As CNA Field Supervisor, he visits clients, checks in with families and care providers, helps address concerns, and follows up when a client’s needs or circumstances change.
Daniel brings firsthand caregiving experience to that oversight. His background as a CNA gives him a practical understanding of what care providers encounter in the home and how important communication, training, and the right support can be. He also helps train Advanced Nursing care providers in areas including dementia care, hospice care, Hoyer lift use, and safe transfers.
For Daniel, a home visit is more than a check on a care plan. He wants clients and families to feel comfortable raising concerns and confident that someone is listening and following through. His goal is straightforward: to help each client feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home.
