Kerysha Morency keeps many of the behind-the-scenes details of care moving smoothly. As Operations Generalist, she works across billing, insurance, authorizations, accounts, reporting, and internal systems, helping make sure families are not left to sort through operational problems on their own.
Because Kerysha has worked in several areas of Advanced Nursing & Home Care, she understands how a billing question, scheduling issue, or system problem can affect a client, care provider, or family. That broader perspective helps her look beyond the immediate task, coordinate across departments, and make sure questions or problems are not simply passed along and forgotten.
Kerysha describes herself as detail-oriented and places a high value on follow-through. She wants families to know they can come to her with questions, and if she does not have the answer herself, she will find the right person and make sure it gets addressed.
