Deshia Hudgins
Staffing Coordinator
Deshia Hudgins serves as a key link between families, care providers, and the teams involved in supporting a client’s care. As a Staffing Coordinator, she helps families communicate with their care providers and connects them with the appropriate sales, billing, or clinical team member when they need additional support.
Before joining Advanced Nursing & Home Care, Deshia worked as a Client Care Coordinator at another home health care agency. She has several years of healthcare experience and earned her bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from North Carolina A&T State University.
Her understanding of caregiving is also personal. Deshia grew up watching her mother work as a CNA and saw the responsibility she brought to caring for older adults. That experience continues to shape how Deshia approaches her own work. Deshia describes herself as a calm voice, even in stressful situations, a quality she brings to her conversations with families and care providers.
