Field Nurse Supervisor
Salim Obinna provides clinical oversight and support for clients, care providers, and the nursing team at Advanced Nursing & Home Care. Her work includes patient assessment, care coordination, clinical documentation, and supervision, helping ensure clients who need nursing oversight receive safe, appropriate, closely monitored care.
Salim earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Abia State University in Nigeria and her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Nursing Informatics, from the University of Maryland. Her experience includes travel nursing, home health, clinical supervision, healthcare operations, and caring for diverse patient populations.
Her combination of hands-on nursing experience and informatics education gives Salim a broad perspective on both individual care and the systems that support it. She places particular importance on communication, accountability, and respect, and approaches her work with the goal of supporting each client’s health, independence, dignity, and quality of life.
