Meredith Rael

Meredith Rael helps make the first steps into care more organized, responsive, and personal. As Business Development Manager, she works across Advanced Nursing & Home Care’s sales and intake processes, ensuring communication is clear, families’ needs are understood, and the right information reaches the team as a new client transitions into care.

With more than seven years of customer service experience, Meredith places particular importance on communication and follow-through. She also looks for ways to improve internal processes, so families receive a thoughtful, consistent experience rather than feeling as though they are simply being moved through a system.

Her work with veterans has special meaning for her. As a military spouse, Meredith has a personal appreciation for the sacrifices made by service members and their families, which gives added meaning to Advanced Nursing’s work with the VA. She wants families to know that, even when much of her work happens behind the scenes, there is a team working together on their behalf.
