Nurse Monitor Manager
When a client’s needs change, Catherine “Cathy” Min helps make sure those changes are recognized and followed up on. As Nurse Monitor Manager, she leads Advanced Nursing & Home Care’s nurse monitoring team, working with nurses to identify concerns and make sure appropriate services are in place to support health, safety, and independence.
Cathy began her nursing career in the Army Reserves, where she trained as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She continued her education to become an RN and later earned her BSN and master’s degree in nursing. Her experience spans hospital, home health, and research settings, and she progressed within Advanced Nursing from a part-time nurse monitor to managing the team.
Cathy approaches the work with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency. Her military experience and upbringing helped shape her strong emphasis on accountability, thorough follow-through, and addressing concerns without unnecessary delay.
